Jillian is an experienced artist hailing from Southern California. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa in 2012, she took her passion for creativity to the UK, where she pursued her Master’s degree in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge University. This program not only refined her artistic skills, it also deepened her love for storytelling through images.
Today, Jillian is renowned for her dreamy, atmospheric landscapes that invite viewers into a realm where emotions come alive. Her work captures the delicate tension of feelings often left unsaid, allowing for a unique and immersive experience that resonates deeply with those who encounter it.
ARTIST STATEMENT:
During chaotic times, I create art that focuses on healing as an act of love and meditation. I highlight natural features and, at times, the human actions within them that enrich the human psyche.
